Our History

  Clear Water Compliance Services, Inc. (Clear Water) was established in 1998 in response to the heightened awareness to water quality issues via the implementation of new phases of the Clean Water Act and the Endangered Species Act. These regulations enhance the need for specialized erosion control and water treatment services at construction and industrial sites.

Clear Water was one of the first independent companies authorized to perform water treatment at construction sites on behalf of the general contractor. Clear Water personnel have professional expertise in environmental science, construction management, chemistry, engineering, soil and water remediation, and industrial water treatment. Our goal is to provide our customers the highest level of expertise in the industry.

Clear Water systems have been used in numerous projects, ranging in size from small residential construction sites to multiple acre commercial and road improvement projects. We service a variety of clients including builders, contractors, large industry, municipalities and port authorities. Our treatment system safeguards, our commitment to the process -from initial planning to completion- and years of experience in handling difficult water quality issues differentiate us from all others.
