Clear Water
Compliance Services (Clear Water) is a
comprehensive water quality service company,
dedicated to treating water on construction
projects, ports and industrial sites. We view our
job as freeing our clients from the burden of
water treatment so that they can concentrate
entirely on their primary activity be it
constructing roads, building structures,
overhauling ships at port or simply operating in
their scope of business.
Clear Water
services start at the very beginning of the
clients project. Clear Water goes to great
lengths to gather accurate information about
project parameters and water quality requirements.
Project specific information, such as flow rate
requirements, pollutant parameter monitoring or
sensitive receiving water discharge limitations,
often leads to customized solutions for treating
water prior to discharge. Clear Waters in-house
manufacturing facility allows customization of
treatment systems to meet site specific criteria.
Project
information is evaluated by the Clear Water team
of environmental scientists, chemists and
engineers and is translated into a comprehensive
and accurate proposal. This allows clients to
budget and plan with the highest degree of
certainty and confidence that the project will
encompass the proposed specifications. Clear
Water will then assist the client through the
permitting and pollution prevention plan writing
process.
Once the project begins, Clear
Water will mobilize the prescribed treatment
system to the site and ensure the system
operates correctly for the remainder of the
project. Through the entire project, Clear Water
collects data on environmental conditions,
rainfall amounts and intensities, system
efficiency and discharge water quality. This
information is automatically recorded by the
proprietary treatment system software and sent
to a remote location to be analyzed. Clear Water
also dedicates a trained technician to verify
the on-site data and to ensure the system is
operating at the highest efficiency possible.
The collected data is presented to the client in
a report from a project manager. This report can
be provided to regulatory agencies and/or other
interested parties, demonstrating that all
discharges from the site were below limitations.
Once the
project is complete, Clear Water will demobilize
the treatment system and leave the site with very
minimal impact. Clear Water is the only water
quality service that will go from start to finish
with you on every project!
Through
commitment to responsive service and strict
adherence to environmental regulations, Clear
Water has earned a reputation for dependability
and integrity in the stormwater industry. You have
the confidence in knowing that when Clear Water is
on the job, your water quality needs are being
met, start to finish. Clear Water is often called
upon to assist clients who have been fined or
whose permits have been suspended due to poor
water quality discharges. Clear Waters solid
reputation with regulatory agencies, has resulted
in the suspension of fines, removal of stop-work
orders, and the allowance of work on site to be
restarted often within days even in the rainy
season.
As water
quality regulations become more complex and
stringent, Clear Water will take on your water
quality challenges. We make water quality
our business, so you can focus on yours!

We view our job
as freeing our clients from the burden of water
treatment, so that they can concentrate entirely
on their primary activity be it constructing
roads for an 80 acre office park, overhauling a
ship, or making printed circuit boards. Through
our commitment to responsive service and strict
adherence to applicable environmental
regulations, we have earned a reputation for
dependability and integrity. We are often called
upon to assist clients who have been fined or
whose permits have been suspended. Because of
our solid reputation with the authorities we
have routinely been able to have stop-work
orders lifted, work restarted within days, and
fines suspended.
Clear
Water is helping contractors handle difficult
storm and ground water issues on residential
construction sites. We can keep projects open, and
minimize the risk of stop work orders or fines,
even in the wet months of the year. Clear Water
has serviced the building community since 2000.
Clear Water specializes in getting through the
difficulties of meeting NPDES permit requirements.
When conventional BMPs are not reducing the
turbidity to the levels required in your discharge
permit, Clear Water can provide treatment options
to meet your needs. Our services for residential
construction include: CESCL (Certified Erosion
& Sediment Control Lead) training and
certification, CESCL inspections, stormwater
treatment, consultation, BMP products, and permit
and SWPPP preparation.
Clear
Water has experience on many different industrial
projects. We have worked on dredging projects,
mining operations, the timber industry, boat
yards, and sand & gravel operations.
Industrial applications often involve dealing with
metals and other pollutant contaminants. With our
in-house manufacturing facility and laboratory, we
are able to custom design treatment systems with
the correct treatment application to fit specific
site criteria. Clear Water is able to successfully
address multiple pollutants of concern and keep
sites reaching their designed objective, without
having to worry about water quality issues. Clear
Water has also demonstrated the ability to reduce
the cost of waste disposal. By removing the water
from sludge material, we have reduced normal
disposal and handling fees of the waste product by
over 30%. Our mobile decant technology can
increase efficiency and reduce costs for municipal
maintenance programs. Clear Water can design and
treat your storm, ground, or waste water quality
issues for your next remediation, dewatering, or
industrial process application.
Commercial
Construction- stormwater and ground
water
Clear
Water has worked on many commercial projects
ranging from hotels to major box store
construction. Often times these sites are highly
visible and possibly contested. Clear Water has
been an effective liaison between the contractor
and the regulators to make sure that the project
continues with the lowest impact to the receiving
water quality as possible. Often times, commercial
sites are being redeveloped over a previously
occupied space. This can sometimes lead to
additional pollutants of concern that need to be
addressed. Clear Water can design an appropriate
treatment system to reduce the contaminants of
concern, so that the project can stay on schedule.
Due to Clear Waters treatment services keeping
the construction working through the wet season,
commercial developments have remained on schedule
or have even been completed earlier than expected,
allowing the owner to begin generating revenue on
the site earlier than anticipated.
Infrastructure- ports, highways,
municipal
Clear
Water specializes in dealing with large projects
and large volumes of water. Clear Water has
serviced the largest airport construction project
in the Nation and works on several transportation
projects. We have worked on reservoir, port,
highway expansion, pipeline, waste water treatment
facility, and municipal projects. During some of
the wetter months, Clear Water has treated
millions of gallons per day of turbid water that
exceeds 1000 NTU, to below 10 NTU at discharge.
Clear Waters service record speaks for itself.
Since 1999, Clear Water has been treating water
without a water quality discharge violation. From
dam removal to major transportation facilities,
Clear Water can take care of your water quality
needs, so you dont have to!
